1. Agreement to Platform Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree that your use is governed by the relevant platform terms, as follows:

• For iOS users: Your use is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
• For Android users: Your use is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Use.

2. General User Responsibilities

• The App is licensed (not sold) to you under the applicable platform terms.
• You may only use the App for lawful, personal purposes and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not attempt to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or its content except as permitted by law or the platform terms.

3. Additional Policies

We maintain a Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and use personal information. If you access the App outside of the App Store or Google Play Store, or if you are subject to additional agreements (e.g., corporate/enterprise installs), other terms may apply.
